Os na chyflwynir y cais hwn gan y Rheolwr Prosiect, bydd angen e-bost ganddynt yn cadarnhau caniatâd. Dylai'r e-bost gynnwys y datganiad canlynol: Rwy'n cadarnhau, fel y Rheolwr Prosiect enwebedig, fy mod yn caniatáu i’r ffurflenni sydd wedi’u cwblhau gael eu cyflwyno i gefnogi hawliadau ar gyfer y prosiectau canlynol: (mewnosoder cyfeirnod(au) ac enw(au) y Gronfa Teithio Llesol (ATF)).
If this application is not being submitted by the Project Manager, an email of authorisation will be required from them. The email should include the following statement: I confirm that as the nominated Project Manager, I authorise the submission of the completed forms in support of claims for the following projects: (insert ATF reference number(s) and name(s)).
